You can enter the competition online or by post.
Online Entry
- When you have your entries ready as (up to three) separate documents in either Microsoft Document (.doc but not .docx), Rich Text Format (.rtf) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats, please click on the link below to proceed.
- You will then be directed over to the University of Strathclyde's online shop where you can pay for either a 1-poem, 2-poem or 3-poem entry by credit or debit card.
- You will then receive an email confirming your purchase and containing your personal link to the competition upload page where you can upload your poems. (If you do not receive this email within a few minutes of paying, please check your spam folder in case your computer has mistakenly identified it as spam).
- When your documents have been uploaded you will be assigned the Unique ID for your entry into the competition. Please ensure that you take careful note of this number.
- Remember that you must not include your name in the entry document or you will be disqualified!

Please note that cheques should be made out to The University of Strathclyde and drawn on a UK bank. If this is not possible, please send a banker's draft. Please also write 'Edwin Morgan International Poetry Competition' on the back of the cheque. We are unable to accept postal orders.

Remember that you must not put your name on any of the pages on which your poems are printed or you will be disqualified!
