The Edwin Morgan International Poetry Competition will not run in its current format this year. A new prize, administered by The Edwin Morgan Trust, will be launched at this year's Edinburgh International Book Festival in August 2013.

The organisers of the competition should like to thank all past competitors and prize winners for their entries and support over the last five years and the University of Strathclyde and the Edinburgh International Book Festival for their sponsorship.
